My yoga sessions offer you a special space to arrive fully in the moment—on your mat and within yourself. Through mindful movement, stretching, and mobilization, we awaken the body, release tension, and create a deep connection between breath and movement.
With influences from my Shiatsu training and my connection to the five elements, my practice naturally integrates these elements. This allows you to not only experience deep relaxation but also gently support your meridians and energy flow.
