Alexander Surya Deva has been teaching yoga since 1999. He is the first to bring the art of Gong & Sound Healing to Greece and has integrated it into the philosophy of yoga. He learned the art of Sound Healing at an Ashram in Bali in 1998 and completed his studies in Nepal in 2019 with Sri Krisna (a teacher of Peter Hess)
He apprenticed for 8 years with the teachers Maha Guru Puk Wayan & Maha Guru Puk Katut in Bali, where he also learned the arts of Hatha & Kundalini yoga. He continued his studies in Greece within the Satyananda Yoga system under Swami Sevaratna and practiced Kriya Yoga at the “Omakoeio” in Athens, completing his Kundalini Yoga teacher training Level 1 with the Yogi Bhajan method in 2008 and Level 2 in 2015
In 2005, while in Peru, he was initiated into Shamanism through healing herbs and the practice of TEMAZCAL (a Native American spiritual detoxification practice using hot stones in a specially designed space)
In 2018, he completed the ICE MAN seminars (WIM HOF METHOD). At the same time, he practices the reflexology method of Sat Guru Charan
